Job description
Key Accountabilities:
1. Recruitment Process: Sourcing, Screening, Interview scheduling & coordination with Candidates
2. Handling Joining formalities for new employees & Interns
3. Conducting Induction & update records of new staff
4. Salary Processing:
Checking attendance summary
Checking of Consolidated salary statement
Maintaining the record of GEO attendance
Submitting monthly attendance reports on OD, OT, absenteeism, Latins, etc.
5. Payroll: preparation of new remuneration packages of the employees
6. Keeping a regular check on employees' attendance
7. Preparing MIS reports & Staff List on a monthly basis
8. Preparation of full & final settlement.
9. Conducting Exit Interview
